Since Bulgaria is a member of EU, no visa for the EU citizens is required. For the other countries, please, check the closest Consulate of Bulgaria or at the website: http://www.mfa.bg/en

Please, inform us if you need visa to participate in the meeting in the e-mail with registration information. The invitation letters for visa will be issued after receiving the payment of the conference fee. We advise all participants, who need visa to apply for it at least one month before the symposium.

Conference fee (in EUR)

The conference fee includes registration, conference materials, lunches, welcome cocktail, conference dinner, excursion and book with proceedings (only for regular and industrial participants).

NOTE for Bulgarian participants: the conference fee can be paid in leva; the details for the bank account for transfer in leva can be requested by e-mail.

Reimbursement policy

Registration fees can be reimbursed in full if the request arrives before September 20, 2008 (bank transfer charges are at the responsibility of the attendee). After that date a handling fee of 80 EUR will be charged. After November 7 reimbursement will not be possible.
